The hotel's location on Jonker Street is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk away from all the main attractions and the bustling atmosphere of the city. Being in such a central spot made it so convenient for us to explore and experience the local culture. Moreover, the attention to detail in the rooms was evident. We stayed in a room with a spacious toilet and bathtub with a balcony, and it was truly a delightful experience. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and having a balcony added a nice touch of relaxation to our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and offered a good variety of options to start our day.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect!

Staff speak English and Malay, which is quite impressive. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and free bike rental. Convenient location near attractions.
I just loved how difficult it was to find a seat outside facing the river, away from the pesky pool. So thoughtful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable given the great location on Jonker street. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a lovely view. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which had a good selection of food to choose from.
The hotel met my expectations, nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel immensely. Its location, next to a river, made for fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s located in the centre of everything, close to Jonker Street street and all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The spacious and bright room was perfect for our family, and the breakfast was great. We especially loved the pool overlooking the river and the historical design.
Finding parking around the hotel was a bit of a hassle.

The complementary rice dumpling shop and Malay food were delicious. The hotel is in a prime location for walking to all the major sights and attractions. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed.
The Wi-Fi always kept dropping offline and was painfully slow. The hotel carpark was cramped and difficult to navigate, especially if you have a big car.

We booked 3 rooms at Aava. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had sufficient options and tasted delicious. The staff at the restaurant were friendly. The location is near Jonker Street and other main attractions in the city. We were able to park our car at the pay parking area next to the hotel building and walk around the city to avoid traffic. The hotel decor is in keeping with old style Malay homes and is just lovely. The air conditioning is very efficient and very welcome. The two young men at the reception are very nice and speak good English.
Everything was spot on! 😊

Great river view and balcony in the room, which allowed us to enjoy a breathtaking view of the flowing river. , the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main street and many popular restaurants. One more advantage was the unique design of the hotel, which added to the romantic feel of our escape.
We had a few issues during our stay. There was a guy singing until midnight, which made it difficult for us to sleep.

We loved staying at this hotel because of its perfect location. It’s right in the center of the city, close to Jonker street and just behind the river walk. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the simple but good breakfast every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with riverside restaurants nearby and a short walk to the old town, including the Jonker markets. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast provided is delicious and can be sent to the room due to MCO.
Limited parking and high charges for nearby private parking.
